For doctors and clinicians across healthcare

Your whole day, brought into focus beyond the visit.

One clinic workspace for GPs, specialists and allied health, alongside the EHR you already use. Prepare for the next patient, review letters on your letterhead, find unfinished tasks, and follow through on recalls. See what needs your attention and what still needs confirmation. You review the work and keep the clinical decisions.

Less unfinished work after the last patient.

maneiro drafts for your review. Every clinical decision stays yours.

Live today in optometry. Built for clinics across healthcare.

Works alongside supported EHRs. We confirm yours before you pay.
For healthcare professionals

The same engine. Your paperwork.

Built for doctors and clinicians across healthcare: GPs, specialists, allied health and more. Live in our pilot clinic, the founder's own practice. That clinic is in optometry, so eye care is the queue running live today; the others show the same workflows set up for your field, with synthetic data. We confirm the supported tasks, templates, and EHR connection with your clinic before launch.

5 drafts ready

Every letter is an editable draft the doctor approves, on your letterhead.

It drafts for your review. It never diagnoses, recommends, or chooses treatment. The diagnosis stays with the doctor.

Three layers, one clinic

One layer for each part of the team.

Intake, doctor, administrator: Maneiro gives each role its own layer, and each one hands its work to the next so the visit never starts from a blank page.

The intake team Before the patient sits down

The room is ready before it opens.

  • New faxes waiting in one inbox
  • Today's tasks prepared for review
  • Recalls due flagged for the front desk

The doctor As the visit wraps up

Each letter is an editable draft the doctor approves.

  • Referral letters on your letterhead, ready to edit

The administrator After the visit

Close-out is drafted for review.

  • Billing codes prepared for review
  • Recalls drafted and queued for your review.
  • Letters prepared as an editable draft the doctor approves
For the administratorBilling review and recall drafts wait for approval.

Before · during · after: one continuous handoff between the three.

The overlay, not a replacement

Keep your EHR. Add the layer that finishes the work.

No migration. No rip-and-replace. No retraining your front desk on a new system at the worst possible time. Maneiro sits quietly on top of the practice software you already run and does the paperwork around it.

  • Your EHR stays your legal record.
  • A launch plan for your clinic. Your team keeps the workflow they know.
  • Keep your EHR, with agreed data-return and transition terms.

One clinical day

Follow one patient from check-in to close-out.

The same three layers, traced step by step through a single visit: front desk, pre-test, exam, back office.

1

Front desk

Arrival & intake
  • Today's schedule synced from your EHR
  • Prepared tasks for the team to confirm
2

Pre-test

Workup & imaging
  • Unfinished tasks gathered for review
  • Nothing retyped from the front desk
3

The exam

With the doctor
  • Patient summary open before you walk in
  • The letter drafted as the visit wraps up
4

Back office

Close-out & billing
  • Visit codes gathered for billing review
  • Each letter waits for the doctor's sign-off

Each step prepares its own paperwork for approval, and hands the next one a head start.

The administrator layer

Run the whole clinic from one place.

Connect the work around each visit: review follow-up, find team documents, and resolve billing exceptions. We confirm the available workflows for your clinic during onboarding.

Marketing & comms

Recall reminders prepared for your team to review before anything goes out.

Pilot workflows

A clear next step for each follow-up.

Team & HR

Keep your staff directory and team documents organized. Advanced workforce scheduling and HR automation remain in development.

Pilot workflows

One place to find team information.

Billing

Review visit codes and billing exceptions, save corrections, and export a reviewed worksheet. Payer submission stays in your existing billing system.

Pilot workflows

A review workspace for billing handoffs.

Why maneiro

The convictions we build on.

Maneiro is the intelligence layer for the EHR you already use, built by a doctor who still sees patients. A few beliefs decide what makes it in, and what never will.

i

You keep control

Drafts come to a person to approve, edit, or decline. Maneiro saves the time; you keep the judgment.

ii

Your EHR stays your record

Maneiro augments the system you already trust. It never becomes the legal chart, and there's nothing to migrate.

iii

The whole day, not one task

From the moment a patient books to the letter that closes the visit, intelligence belongs across the day, not bolted onto a single step.

iv

Built by a doctor

The founder still sees patients. Every feature earns its place against the reality of the 1 to 2 minutes between visits.

In Brazilian Portuguese, maneiro means cool: brilliant, mind-blowing. It's what you say when something just works like magic. That's the bar: every time you use it, we want that quiet "whoa, that's cool." If it doesn't blow you away, we haven't earned the name.

What changes

The day starts with drafts ready for review.

What Maneiro is built to change about the day, running on top of the software you already use.

Drafts, not homework.

Letters arrive as editable drafts the doctor approves.

Ready before the exam.

Each patient's summary is built from the chart before you walk in.

One place to look.

Unfinished tasks and incoming faxes are gathered in one queue.

Every decision yours.

Every clinical decision is still made, and signed, by you.

These describe how Maneiro works, not guaranteed results: outcomes depend on your practice, EHR, and workflow. Maneiro drafts; you decide.

Start with the workflows your clinic needs most. We confirm EHR coverage, available modules, and commercial terms in your written proposal.

How does billing work?

The provider plan is CA$299 per provider per month, plus applicable taxes (set out in your order form), billed monthly in Canadian dollars, at full price from day one. Connecting your EHR is the paid upgrade, and you can explore a free sample clinic with synthetic data. Your written proposal confirms the workflows available for your clinic. Features described as in development are not represented as ready for use. Start with a guided demo of your actual workflow.

Can I change plans later?

We can adjust providers and rollout scope as your clinic grows. Billing is monthly and stops at the end of a paid month when you leave; the terms are set in your written agreement. Your EHR remains the clinical system of record.

Dr. Henry ReisHR

"I built maneiro because I was tired of the second shift. The exam was the easy part; it was the two hours afterward, in pajamas, finishing notes, that was taking my evenings. So I made the practice finish its own paperwork, and kept every decision where it belongs: with the doctor."

Questions

The things doctors actually ask.

Questions about privacy? Email support@maneiro.ai.
Your EHR remains in place. Before ending the service, we review outstanding handoffs, access removal, and the return or deletion of Maneiro-held data under your agreement. Your clinic should have a clear transition plan.
Go-live is planned for about 2 to 3 weeks after your signed order form. There's no data migration and your team keeps the workflow they already know. Book a demo and we will show you a sample morning queue (synthetic data) on the EHR you already use.
Yes, and most teams need very little. Maneiro works alongside your current software, so the day looks familiar; the difference is that the paperwork is already drafted. We walk your front desk, doctors and administrators through the approval queue, and our team stays on hand as you go.
You do. Maneiro drafts the paperwork for your review; it never diagnoses, recommends, or chooses treatment. The diagnosis stays with the doctor.

You stay in control

Maneiro prepares drafts for your review. The diagnosis stays with the doctor. Clinical changes such as letters, exam notes and completed tasks reach the chart only after the doctor approves them.
